We all experience stress in our day. When I encounter stressful people or situations I will stop, take 7 to 10 deep breaths and move on. Tonight, before I go to sleep I will place one hand on my stomach and the other on my chest and breath deeply feeling my stomach rise and fall like waves on the ocean. Then I will think about all the thing I have to be grateful for.

    I love this. She taught us this in yoga one night and I forgot about it. I am committing to the December Spark challenge by aiming for 10 minutes of meditation each day in December. I will remember this to do every day!
