Feeling Horrible!

Today I am feeling soo bad. Struggling with major depression and loneliness :(, not to mention no weight loss success for the last few months. Kinda just gave up, because of some things that have happened here recently. I hope that I can get out of this depression and get back on track, and not be so lonely :(.

Sorry to hear you just got over a bout of depression yourself, but it is good that you did get over it. It really isn't nice when you feel down , it truly does take some work getting back on top. Thanks for hoping I feel better soon! Thank you for hoping that with spark people I won't feel so alone. You take care too ma'am and thank you for all your kind words and reminding me there are a lot of people that do care.

    I have just got over a bout of depression my self. And it is not nice when you feel down, and it can take some work getting back on top. I hope you feel better soon. I hope also that with spark people you won't feel so alone. Take care, and keep in mind there are lots of people who do care.

    DRPEPPIE121 thanks for stopping by my blog and encouraging me!! I am going to work on saying I CAN instead of hoping I can..its hard to remain positive at times. You are absolutely right negative thoughts are not useful in this case at all. I do have to take baby steps and create small goals, instead of making huge goals and not accomplishing them. You're right the types of goals I have can't be accomplished overnight and there is no need for me to think that they can. Like you said I do have to change my mindset and set small goals and accomplish them and remain positive, and have the CAN DO IT attitude!!!

    uh...YAH YOU CAN!!! Hope=positive... but not good enough! Tell yourself that YOU CAN get out of this funk! You CAN do it! Negative thoughts are not useful in this case.

I always tell people BABY STEPS. Create small goals. Don't get overwhelmed and swallowed up by all the goals you have to acheive to create a healthy lifestyle. Those types of things do not happen overnight. You gotta work at it...and keep your mindset on accomplishing the small things.

YOU...CAN...DO IT!!!
