I feel like I'm always writing these blogs and saying how terribly I'm doing so I'm going take a different approach today. Week 7 was hit and miss. I lost 2.2 pounds, but to be honest, I'm not sure how since I didn't track my food much and was very limited with my exercise due to injuries. So, what I'm taking away from this is that, even though I may not think I'm doing well, something has obviously stuck. I must be making better choices and consuming less, right? Because I continue to lose...week after week. Some weeks are very small, but they're still a loss. I just realized today that I'm down 12.6 pounds since the beginning of October. That's actually pretty damn impressive for someone who claims to be sucking at this so badly. And that's all I've got to say.
