I feel like I'm always writing these blogs and saying how terribly I'm doing so I'm going take a different approach today. Week 7 was hit and miss. I lost 2.2 pounds, but to be honest, I'm not sure how since I didn't track my food much and was very limited with my exercise due to injuries. So, what I'm taking away from this is that, even though I may not think I'm doing well, something has obviously stuck. I must be making better choices and consuming less, right? Because I continue to lose...week after week. Some weeks are very small, but they're still a loss. I just realized today that I'm down 12.6 pounds since the beginning of October. That's actually pretty damn impressive for someone who claims to be sucking at this so badly. And that's all I've got to say.

This is going to sound REALLY STRANGE, but when I am at my WORSE physically, I DO NOT want to PIG OUT !! So when I am sick, or recovering from a surg (when am I NOT?????) I actually LOSE WEIGHT so much EASIER !! I already weighed in for this week,,,,I thought today was Sat,, and its HAHAHA Fri !! I ONLY knew cos I went to do the figures and no one had time for Fri,,,so than I KNEW It was CLERLY Fri !!
The vet has told me "DO NOT AT ALL put ANY type of weight on foot, and DO NOT hurt it at ALL !! it's very fragile at this point." I had a nerve cut so that the pain can NOT travel down the foot,,,, and make me wanna say "Special" words,,which of course I DO NOT DO, but IT HURTS THAT MUCH !!!
So now,,, just awaiting the recovery,, and it's VERY HARD to get up,,,,can only use one leg,,,, try that on crutches,, IMPOSSIBLE if you also can NOT feel ur foot ! The ood one. is starting to hurt,,,and I thought yest it was gonna give out when I was standing,,,, I only stand to transfer from wheelchair,,, to the ladies,,,, and that's NOT the position you wanna be FOUND IN !!! Doing the ladies,,,is QUITE interesting,,,, have to stand by pushing hands on wheel to partly up position,,, than grab the "Grab bar" which is aways away,,,,,,, as going to stand,, than grab the door knob (I have to keep the door open,,, bathroom is not big enough,,thankfully there are NO Windows !) than put my knee down on the chair,,so CAREFULLY to NOT hurt the foot (Surg one) remove clothing,,,, cross legs so that surg one does stay UP in the air as sitting. than reverse when to get back into chair,,,,,so during that I am on ONE FOOT for about 30 seconds,,,, takes it TOLL ! I have neuropathy in that leg;/foot, so I have NO feelings in it,,, and on GREAT DAY with both feet workin,,, I am wobbly. So this is proving to be "QUITE interesting". I have til Dec 2nd to keep this up ! than I'll most likely be allowed to do SHORT walks around apt,,, thankfully it's a good size place, but no stairs. YEAH On the NO STAIRS !!
