Quick entry tonight:
Cardio=lots and lots of chores around the house and up and down stairs. I try and move as quick as I can when doing all this in hopes of burning more calories and bonus of getting chores finished quicker.
Nutrition logged and stayed within all my ranges.
Totally forgot about the Skinny Jeans Daily Challenge until now. It is a 5 minute butt workout which I will tackle tomorrow. Is that bad?
