Fell Off The Wagon

Wednesday, November 20, 2013

Well yesterday I ate way too many calories. I was hanging out with friends and as we sitting around talking I was just stuffing food into my mouth. Luckily I worked out for an hour before I went and saw them. But today I am back on track. I was upset with myself at first but chalked it up to a learning experience and moved on. Sometimes we need setbacks to move forward.

Setbacks teach us how to deal with adversity. There will always be temptations and we will all have those days where we know we just blew it. The thing was just one day. You recognized it for what it was and took control again. Good for you! Give yourself a pat on the back for taking charge again. Never give up on yourself. You can do this! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Off days happen, the important thing is that you pick up and get moving ahead afterward. And it sounds like you're doing that, so great job!

Learn from it and I think you have. The next day you just get back Sparking. It's a way of lifestyle - fall down 7 times get back up 8!

The important thing is you recognize it and move on :-) It's easy to let it spiral into the next day, then the next day... but it looks like you won't let that happen! emoticon
