OK... been here before... I'll get over it but until then I'll keep trying different things... increasing my food is an option that has worked in the past and I haven't tried that, my thoughts on this action might be to wait another week, wouldn't Thanksgiving Day be the best time to increase my intake.

The last 3 weeks have been boring, I'm doing what I normally do, so the thought of eating whatever I want on Thanksgiving is so very attractive to me.

I do know that I need to increase my activities, I've been getting by, even the options given and tried while on BLC23 have been ok but it's still just daily stuff to do...

WOW the rain / storm / wind that's going on right now just knocked my directv off. and it's coming down out there. We need it but why come all at once, LOL, man the life boats...LOL!!

    emoticon past that plateau. Taking a day to eat more sounds like a good idea (don't make yourself sick though.) Another option is to change up your exercise. When your body is use to your routines it doesn't work as hard.

    Enjoy eating on Thanksgiving... sometimes giving our bodies a "shock" is just what they need to get kickstarted!

    Oh plateaus are THE WORST! I always feel like I'm doing great and then I hit one and it's so darned hard!

    Sounds like you have a super attitude though. You will get through this and lose! Hang in there!
