just checking in

Wednesday, November 20, 2013

Not much to blog about today ---- but want to at least check in! I have stayed on track with my calories today. No treats today! I even managed to get a walk in at noon, so I only have to get another mile or so in to get my steps in for the day. That feels pretty good because I am not feeling very motivated and would love to spend the night getting my remaining steps in then taking a hot bath and putting my feet up.

I have been having pain in my left shin and my right knee - not sure if they are related because I am favoring my knee, or unrelated - but regardless they ache and I would like to rest and elevate tonight.

Got the news that my beloved doctor of 20+ years is retiring, so made an appointment for a physical with the new one. We will see how that goes...

That's about it for me today. Hope everyone is sparking along! Talk to you all tomorrow! Enjoy!

Hope your legs feel better. I agree with you it probably has everything to do with favoring one side over the other. Maybe you can mention it to the new doctor today.

Try to get out of the mindset of "feeling like it". If we waited for that I'd hate to see the consequences, LOL.

    Love you, Ginger

It sounds like you had a good day so far! I hope your legs will have held up for your afternoon or the evening walk. Be a good patient with your new Doctor. Take good care of those walking legs and relax tonight.

Have a Happy Holiday season and thanks for stopping by, it was good to hear from you today,

    Steven
