NSV - I was disappointed in my workout last night right after I completed it. But then I stopped myself and reminded myself that I still RAN for 32 minutes, even if I had to slow down and walk for a minute a couple of times. Once I reminded myself of the good I had done, I felt instantly better.
Being Thankful - Today I am thankful for mornings off. Since we were getting all of our missing furniture installed in the new office today, we were told to come in at 10:30 instead of 9:00. BF and I got up at our usual time and went to our weekend breakfast spot for a nice relaxed morning. We did confuse the owner a bit since she's used to seeing us on Saturdays, not Wednesdays, but it was a really great start to the day.
SV - lost 3 lbs this week for a total weight loss of 20.6 lbs!
