Being hard on myself

I'm an insomniac. It's miserable, but it rarely affects my day too badly (beyond making more trips to the coffee maker!)
Today was not one of those days. When 6 am rolled around and I was still awake - and knew that my alarm for my work out was going to go off in 45 minutes - I cancelled my appointment with my trainer and managed to get about three hours of sleep. Enough that I'm not loopy, but not enough that I feel anywhere near alert.
I'm really beating myself up over not making the workout. It's thrown my schedule off kilter pretty badly, and that, of course, makes me want to beat myself up more. ARGH!
