This week is going well now, after the hurdle that is Monday did trip me up a bit.
But, Tuesday and Wednesday I was back on-track with the morning exercise, and did 20 and then 25 minutes, respectively. (HIIT x 3 and HIIT x 4, ditto.)
Today I am going to eat a bunch of veggies. I've been tucking away starchy leftovers and feel the need for some roughage.
