I found a little package of m&m's left over from Halloween. Instantly tossed it without wanting it. Woohoo for me!
I've written a couple of blogs about my pumpkin pie plan and not eating the entire pie on Thanksgiving. Then I remembered that I haven't eaten sweets in months and don't even want it. The desire for the pumpkin pie, like all of my eating habits, are ingrained from a lifetime pattern. I started changing the habits 6 years ago, but it's going to take the rest of my life to replace them with new behaviors that are newly-ingrained. That's why it's not a diet, but truly a lifestyle change.
