Goals and half revisited

So the Fall Challenge is coming to a close: time to reflect. The best goal I meet was a big one for me during the last 10 weeks I continued my training and completed my first half marathon!
To say I am still on a runners high would be an understatement!
I feel great, I may not be at goal weight in fact I am still battling that last 15 pounds. However I ran 2 hours 26 mins 13.1 miles how awesome is that, ! I can tell you it is sparktacular!
Hard to believe 12 months ago I ran my first 5 k and 20 months ago I could not even run a minute at a time without feeling like I was gonna die! Next half March 16, here is some pics of the day!
