Good Morning Everyone! Hope all is well!
So tired this morning. I slept right through my alarm clock then my body woke me up like 10 minutes late so that wasn't bad! Took Jay to exchange his winter coat sine the other one the zipper broke less than a month. Sears is so great about stuff like that. But they didn't have his coat in his size so he had to pick a new one. I like the new one better and he wasn't happy because he wanted some orange in it (that is his favorite color, blue and orange, like Detroit Tigers), but once I explained how much better his batman winter hat and gloves match he was happy. Silly goof!!! Kids have half day today and I have to go to conferences this afternoon then I have class. Tomorrow they have 1/2 day again and no school Friday. Next week they only have school Monday and Tuesday.
Down 1.2lbs this week. Which is only 29% of the pounds I have gained over the last 2 weeks, but its a start! Unfortunately I am not going to meet my weight loss goals so I am going to have to make a new reachable goal or revise my other goals accordingly! Try to do that over the next week. Add a Christmas or New Years goal. To meet my Thanksgiving goal I need to lose 6.6lbs by 11/27 (next week), fall 5% goal, I need to lose 9.42lbs by 12/7 (2 weeks), and BLC 23 goal I need to lose 15.6lbs by 12/18 (4 weeks). Yep that is not going to happen so I am not even going to get myself all upset about it.
Guess I will do it now...Goal Revisions:
Lose 1lb for my Thanksgiving goal for next week
Lose 2 more lbs for my Fall 5% that ends in 2 weeks
Lose 4 more lbs for my BLC 23 that ends in 4 weeks
NEW GOAL: I want to start the new year off below 160! So I need to lose 6lbs by Jan 1 (6 weeks)!
HOLY CRAP NEW YEARS IS IN 6 WEEKS! Holidays are coming up way too quick! I am NOT prepared!!!!
Doing better with eating. I am sure not eating out everyday sure helped me this week. We got pizza on Saturday and I ate good, I didn't eat half as much at one time but I did have a pc on Sunday and Monday too but I have only ate 1pc at a time! Sunday we made cookies which is bad for me! I have been munching on them since, but they are gone now Thank Goodness! I have been bringing oatmeal with me to work and eating a real breakfast and I see that definitely has been helping! I have a nice stock of healthy snacks in my desk, apples, oranges, trail mix, fiber 1 bars...Still needing to improve though!
I am still trying to improve on my cardio and ST! This is a major downfall because of my schedule, but trying, at least I am trying!

2. Cardio: add additional 3 days of higher intensity cardio
3. ST: 2 additional days beyond TNT
4. No binges
5. 1 fast food day allowed
