Need to refocus.

Feeling exhausted. My professional and home life is on overload. I had finally found a routine that was working for me. I had lost 15 pounds and was beginning to exercise again then everything went out of control. Working 4 and sometimes 5 12 hour shifts every week and things at home not going well and I am stress eating so of course I am gaining back what I had lost. I need to get things back on track but I am so tired. Haven't had time to be on SP and my teams haven't missed me so feeling lost and a little lonely. Need to figure out how to refocus and get back on track.

    Start out small if you need to. That way you are getting a workout in, but not adding too much to your exhaustion. Good luck!
