    every little bit is a "good thing" .... meaning anything you do or don't do that is non-destructive to your journey is a "good thing, success & achievement" That is what I want to whisper in your ear... yippee emoticon hip hip hurray for you! emoticon go girl go emoticon

    Small achievable goals is the BEST way to go! You achieve more, fall back less, and as they say the longest journeys start with the first step. Oh and I have started looking at what I eat in a slightly different manner, and that is the first thing I work on is to keep my calories under my limit first, and then when I became used to keeping the calories down, I started to work on the quality of the calories. Just some unsolicited input.
