I really believe in the power of streaks. I think it was from a section in the first Spark book. I've managed two streaks...getting to work on time every day and exercising every day (even if just a 30 min walk).
I'm trying to track my food every day but I really don't enjoy it so I'm struggling with that one! I'm also trying to keep my apartment organized by daily tidying but so far I haven't made that a habit.
Today I read this story in the newspaper about a man who has gone running every day for 35 years! Inspirational!
