I had company staying at my house for 2 weeks and had to have deserts and eat whatever they ate. One of my guests lost her husband and has lost a lot of weight so I cooked a lot of good food. I don't think she was really eating till she came here to stay. I didn't see those weeks as a time to cut back on calories.
Anyway, I didn't gain any, but I didn't lose any either. It took me another week to get back on track so that's three weeks down the tubes.
I'm disappointed and without getting into details, I'm pretty unhappy right now.
Whatever. Making pinto beans and cornbread for dinner I guess. Going to look around for a corn bread recipe and figure out how many crumbs I get to eat.
Just to add that I'm down 42 pounds, and 8 pounds from my first goal weight which I had my heart set on reaching Dec 1st.
