The Routine

Tuesday, November 19, 2013

My secret to success is in my routine.
Every morning, I get up, spend 20-3- minutes doing simple yoga and drink my pot of tea. Then I make a small healthy breakfast and my daily smoothie.
I have 10 minutes to write something for SparkPeople, then I get ready for work.
It works for me, and keeps me in line with my life goals.
Have a great day!

Routine is great! I too have the same thing. A rousing round of exercise, power breakfast (5 fruit smoothie) and my energy and metabolism is fired up and ready for the day. I feel sorry for those who skip breakfast and don't work out in the morning. They don't know what they are missing!
Keep up the great work!

I, too, like the almost liturgical rhythm of a routine.

Sounds like an excellent way to start the day!! I get on my treadmill right after checking my blood sugar and have my tea or coffee right after while I Spark Then it is time for me to start my work day. I have not been able to do my treadmill or walk too much since Saturday when I hurt my knee and I feel out of sorts when my routine is disrupted.

have a terrific Tuesday!!

Routine helps us get through the day, and gives us the stability to react to those unexpected surprises that hit us during our days...
