Yesterday was the 90 day mark until my daughter's wedding. I won't be able to reach my goal weight by then, but I'll be able to make some progress. The plan is simple: 5-6 clean meals per day and 30-60 minutes of fitness 5-6 days a week, plus strength training 3x/week. I lost three pounds last week despite traveling. Having an event on the horizon is just the motivation I need to get through the holidays.
I bought the Spark for some light reading on the plane this week. It was a good read. Getting back to basics is something I know I will continue to do throughout this journey, so having the book to review will be helpful.
