There are many things in my life that I have no control over. But I have found that I can take control over my body and health. I love the way I feel about myself while I exercise. While I am working out, I have the image in my mind that I am younger and thinner. I think that by keeping my focus on health and strength that I have improved my quality of life. I am not at the goal weight that I want to be. But I have seen improvements in my body and lost inches. At this time, I am happy with that.
