I've kind of scoffed at the piece of fruit at every meal advice that I've gotten so many times - it just seems like fruit overload..
Well, I bit the bullet and went for it and I have to say that this strategy does reduce cravings. I think the more fibrous fruits like pears and apples work better than a banana which is more glycemic. Anyone else resisting fruits and veggies?
I still have my evening workout to go and I *really* am resisting it but will make it happen!
