If the scale or measurements didn't exist , how would I know I am getting healthier?

Spark Coach community task today was to blog about how I would know if I am getting healthier and fitter if I didn't have any measurements.No clothing size , scale BMI or the dreaded hip to waist ratio .
1 Breathing easier .
2 Taking the stairs at work and at my apartment faster .
3.Believe it or not better looking teeth !
4.Having more control over my life .
5, Longer looking legs
Anyone have anything else they can add that they noticed ?

    The energy ones without doubt.

Also being able to sit comfortably in those wedged shape seats that we have in some cafes over here.

Being able to walk past someone in a doorway whilst they are still in the doorway - without them having to move out of the way so you can get through.

Generally feeling more motivated to tackle physical tasks no matter what they are.

    Way more energy than before. Can walk the same distance in much less time. Less anxiety. Can lift and carry items I would have to ask for help with before. Sleeping better overall.
