IT WORKED! (Dairy Fast/PMS Update)

I'm happy to say that the dairy fast seems to have worked to stop my horrible PMS cramps!

This is the second successful "trial," so I'm planning to do this every month from now on!

I'm so relieved to have found something so simple to relieve pain. I wonder if eliminating dairy would also reduce other kinds of pain, not just PMS/cramps.

Has anyone else tried this and found it helpful? (Anyone doing a vegan and/or macrobiotic diet/lifestyle?)

    I do Calcium for cramps. no more women's cramps but legs. Stinging nettles help flush the system for me.
    Just starting raw vegan . With at least 5 pounds of leftover meat it is hard.

    I haven't heard that, but I do kow they usually say that supplemental calcium is good. However, it has to be organic ( food based/ not rocks) and balanced with magnesium.

    If it works for you, that is super great. I used to get headaches and emotional.
