Yesterday's blog was my attempt to say.....Kitt stop looking for excuse's face the fact eating more food than your body needs, even when it's healthy food you will gain weight.....or you won't loose the weigth you want too....
I need to be honest with myself and admit I do nibble, I taste, I eat left overs while putting things away from meals...I sneak a bit of Gary's food....I just eat more than I track....
I eat more calories than my 5 foot body burns....The one hour or so I exercise will never undo the 23 hours of the day I might be eating....
I am not made at myself , I will not berate myself, or ever give up.....
I am determined to stay with my healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life.....and plan on sticking with Sparkpeople for as long as it is here...I am so thankful for all the comment from all of you....
I get encouraged from the caring and support from all of you.....
