    i've been trying to listen to at least one presenter a day (my schedule doesn't allow for the whole thing), and i have loved to knowledge. i think that there are enough common themes, and one thing they do agree on is that you have to tweak it for what's right for your body: what's right for mine might not be quite what's right for yours. but again, it goes back to common themes: real food, raw food, get rid of gluten, get rid of gmo's, add good fats, get rid of hormones and antibiotics. since listening to this one, and the real food con a couple weeks ago, beginning to institute changes, i have lost 7lbs without making much other changes, although since i've had more energy, i now feel more capable of adding exercise back in, and actually wanting to.

    I live with a Celiac husband, daughter is also Celiac and husband's family are all gluten intolerant Gluten free living is not easy and in some cases may not be the correct diet. There is a lot of information out there but it is hard to figure out Which is correct for you. I have read and attended sessions with some of these people and they do not all agree.
