I'm not really sure what my ultimate goal is, I would tell people and myself that it's to ensure I'm here to raise my 5 year old, and it is, but that's not my ultimate reason. I guess it would be to be pain free. I'm so tired of waking up in pain, being in pain all day, etc. I want to feel good again.

I have lost 50 lbs and I can tell you that it really does take a ton of pain away! My knees used to hurt going down stairs. They are fine now! I also used to wake up with my back hurting everyday. I even bought a new mattress to solve the problem and it didn't work. Well, losing 50 lbs worked! You can do it!
