Days 230, 231, and 232 - Slacking On My Blogs...

This weekend I just felt like slacking on my blogs and obtaining Sparkpoints. My eating is in the high ranges to being over. I seem to be drinking soda again...at least I had two cans in the last 4 days. That needs to stop because I feel the slight heartburn afterwards as well as sparking food cravings that I normally don't crave.

My weight is holding steady, surprisingly!

I am still exercising with my jogging! I was happy to enable to jog 3 miles yesterday morning outside before the major storms hit! It felt great to jog outside! I didn't do nearly as well as I would have on the treadmill. Pushing myself on pavement is much harder than having the treadmill do that portion of the work for you.....however, I do feel like I can jog faster than I had last time I jogged on pavement!

Still annoyed that my old sprained foot is still bothering me. I would have jogged the 5 miles but my foot started hurting. So annoyed!

After the storms hit, my son and I watched several movies and just lounged around the house until it was time for bed. I am hoping to see a weight loss by Saturday! I really need to buckle down with my eating choices and drinking my water.

Well, got to get ready for work...

    Speed Walked - running is over rated - trust me I know - read my Bucket List blog - give yourself a chance to heal - I speak from experience - major storms yesterday ! Very Scary - glad your ok ! Have to make a choice about the soda - see if you can substitute with Tea ?? Hugs Karen
