So hip is not as bad now - a bit sore, more like a torn muscle I guess.
Ankle is better, perhaps a bit weak, but working without pain.
New pain - both upper thighs - front only - are sore and hurt to use. This is causing problems as I try to walk quickly or run - as my legs complain LOUDLY when I try. I have stretched and found that the most effective stretch is the runner lunge and pigeon pose - both are very challenging and seem to hit the exact spot. I will ease into these to hopefully be back to jogging soon.
