This morning I was totally gutted to see that i had gained instead of losing. Not a lot, but enough to put me over the next pound mark. I,m sat here trying to dissect what could i have done to do this....Well, the couple of slices of pizza after a few wine,s while out with friend,s and also I think my portion sizes are a little on the large side. I do weigh everything as I,m going along and sometime,s look at my plate and think "There,s a lot on there" but I struggle to get my calories in someday,s. We do have an active social life, (Expats in Greece), and I do eat healthily for the most part, plenty of veg and hardly ever have processed foods, so I think it,s back to the drawing board. I walk 5 day,s a week and do at least 2-3 miles so maybe i need to step up the exercise more. Let,s see what next week bring,s...I will not give up !!!!
