I can't believe it

Ok. The numbers aren't lying. I am pre diabetic, and also have pre hypertension. The former doesn't surprise me, but I was surprised by the latter. I'm not a big salt fan, I just never thought I would have to deal with that. I also have an added challenge that I can't have artificial sweeteners, I'm allergic. I also won't eat all this low fat stuff, because of all the chemicals and additives... It is going to be an interesting learning experience.

I did one of the Sparkpeople workout videos tonight for the first time tonight. An easy one. The walking one on the cardio DVD. It nearly killed my hips, and my lower back aches too... That last isn'tdye top the DVD, just the way I slept last night. But I have to get moving.

    It gets easier as it goes along. I dance as one of my exercises and when I first started my hips hurt too but the more I did it, the less my hips hurt. I did 10 minutes of dancing and then increased the time every few days. Baby steps are the way to go!!
