I would love to find someone with similar goals to me....I have gotten from over 430 pounds to 299 pounds and would like to reach 199 and than set further goals. I am struggling with health issues that prevent the scale from moving and i get really discouraged,needing to get motivated with home exersizes and just got placed on insulin.

    have you tried the message boards? Keep up the good work, I suggest the message boards or perhaps teams focused on those goals in particular.

    Hang in there you have done a super job so far...Try not to get discouraged we are all on this journey together. There is a diabetes program section in spark as well to guide you along the way..Best of luck.... emoticon

    What kind of health issues are you struggling with? I have hypothyroidism and for 2 years I have gained and lost the same 20 pounds. My doctor finally put me on a very restrictive eating plan for a couple of months - and boom - I started to lose again. I'm stationary right now and really want to start losing again - but I am having to work so much overtime at work that I can't seem to squeeze in even the smallest amount of exercise. The eating is still on track though.
