My personal pilgrimage to burn some extra calories prior to Thanksgiving..... Join me!
My plan in 30 minutes of cardio(bike or jog) and either strength training of somekind or yoga each day prior to Thanksgiving.
I will reward myself with a Black Friday fitness goodie when I'm shopping on the Friday after Thanksgiving.
Sun 2.5 mile wog with the dog, 40 minutes wii fit
Mon 20 minutes on stationary bike
Tues 30 minutes on stationary bike
Wed Nope, didn't get the job done
Thurs 30 minutes on stationary bike
Saturday 38 minutes wog with the dog.
Week total 158 minutes cardio... 40 minutes strength training
Sun 42 minutes wog with the dog
Wed Have not been feeling great..... no workouts lately.
Thurs 34 minutes strength training, 20 minutes stationary bike
