Sorry for the delay in this blog. I know some of you have been waiting with great anticipation. I was a bit under the weather and really didn't feel like doing much yesterday. Today was basically on the same level, just I actually got out to do the shoveling and that half of the driveway I did, STILL took me 20 minutes!
So, on to the plan!
The first half of this month really hasn't been good since Halloween and the stupid amount of candy that my kids brought home. Now that most of it is gone (all my faves anyways...) I can refocus.
I left the walk/jog group and ST (fitness altogether) has basically been a no go so far. For the next 2 weeks, this is my plan.
I am rejoining the walk/jog program. I figured that I should just restart since there was going to be no way I could do week 3 after having NOT done a thing for almost the full last week. In order to stay on track, I am going to give myself stars for each day I do my workouts. I'm planning to do this program on M,W,F.
Alternating days, T,TH, I plan to do the basic ST challenge. I will ATTEMPT to do it 3 times! I also want to incorporate a few more exercises as will be found on SP. May as well make use of it huh?
I also want to do Zumba at least 1 day a week. My friend wants me to go to a class with her on Tuesdays for a bit and then our kickboxing starts in December for 3 weeks on Thursdays. We will also do it in the New Year.
December 7 is the day of the Santa Shuffle 5K. I'm really nervous now since I've really been slacking on my training but I still have 3 weeks to stay on top of things!
I've got my ipod charged and renewed, runners ready to go and a new water bottle. Time to revamp and away we go!
Wish me luck over the next 3 weeks! I don't have much time left until I NEED to be able to wear that dress!!! (Dec.13)
Oh... AND I just purchased the spark activity tracker today since I lost my other pedometer yesterday, but about an hour after I ordered it, my son found mine out in the driveway... Oh well, SOMETHING NEW! WOO HOO!
