Goal vs. Dream? A timeline

I want to look and feel better. So, my goal is to track my food and fitness and try to lose some inches and/or pounds before 2/14/14. I have a vacation to Hawaii planned towards the end of February and I want to be able to take surf lessons, kayak, etc.

I have been "trying" to get on track and hoping to lose "someday" but I have to start doing things differently NOW!

    I love your idea but you may want to add some strength moves into your routines . surfing and kayaking take a lot of strength . emoticon emoticon

    I made a promise to myself to track every single thing I eat even if it puts me over my daily caloric range and I haven't broken that promise in all the time I've been here.

One thing that really helps me is running the Daily Report when I'm done tracking for the day. It shows me how I'm doing with fat, carbs, protein, and breaks down my day for me.

Here's to you making the changes and following through for yourself because you are so very worth it!

    put a picture of Hawaii by the refrigerator along with the 6 weeks plan.
