I want to look and feel better. So, my goal is to track my food and fitness and try to lose some inches and/or pounds before 2/14/14. I have a vacation to Hawaii planned towards the end of February and I want to be able to take surf lessons, kayak, etc.
I have been "trying" to get on track and hoping to lose "someday" but I have to start doing things differently NOW!
