Over the last couple months my weight has been sneaking back up . But I am back on track now, I read an article in a magazine to drink 2 cups of water before each meal. I have been doing this for a week now and dropped 4 lbs. Wow, I am really moving down the scale again and feeling better. And it seems my IBS is getting better under control.
I've been slipping on my water consumption, too, so I will try for the same and slog down 2 cups of water before I eat a meal and try water before I sit down to much on junk instead of healthy food. Thanks for the motivation! Kelly 1111 days ago
Glad you're back on track and feeling better. Thanks for sharing the tip on drinking 2 glasses of water before eating. Sometimes we forget .... especially with the colder weather moving in .... how important it is to keep hydrated!!
