Getting motivated.....

Over the last couple months my weight has been sneaking back up . But I am back on track now, I read an article in a magazine to drink 2 cups of water before each meal. I have been doing this for a week now and dropped 4 lbs. Wow, I am really moving down the scale again and feeling better. And it seems my IBS is getting better under control.

    I've been slipping on my water consumption, too, so I will try for the same and slog down 2 cups of water before I eat a meal and try water before I sit down to much on junk instead of healthy food.

    Glad you're back on track and feeling better. Thanks for sharing the tip on drinking 2 glasses of water before eating. Sometimes we forget .... especially with the colder weather moving in .... how important it is to keep hydrated!!
