I'm starting my 2nd week on the 5:2 diet and the scale hasn't moved, even an ounce. Hopefully I'll see some progress by the end of this week.
I am noticing that I am more energized on fast days and I count that as a bonus that I really like.
So my calorie limit on "fast days" is 500 cal.
Here's my lunch - 260 cal.
Garden Burger on one slice of sourdough bread with 1 teaspoon of horseradish sauce.
Dinner 260 cal.
I just repeated the lunch sandwich.
