I'm normally much too busy at church to tackle Sunday
but today I'm home with two sick kiddos. So Sunday is being tackled. Of course there are the usual habits that I'm tracking. Those healthy habits are just as much for Sunday as they are for other days. In addition, I'm trying to keep on track of germy kids while hopefully not getting anything myself. I'm still not over my cough from my sickness a month ago.
Habits Day 14:
Get in the steps
6000 steps according to my FitBit! My defunct Spark Tracker on the other hand has totally stopped working after less than 60 days (with a new battery btw).
Keep Living room clean
Monitor blood sugar and blood pressure
