Here we go!
No sugar, lots of protein, lots of veggies, watching portions, 8 hours of sleep:)
circuit (burpees, pull ups, box jumps, split squats with tricep extension)
walked the pups
Now it's time for the EAGLES!
Might get the pups out again a little later. It's so nice out:)
