emoticon I get the house to myself today.

Which is great because I'm very hungover today and need the quiet. We decided to eat at my favorite Mexican restaurant. Uh, I think I might not go there again. All the food was OK but I know I can make it better at home. Healthier too. I had the veggie fajitas and ended up eating three 3-inch fajitas with zucchini and yellow squash. The margarita was a poor choice and I think I'm over them too. I didn't leave the place stuffed to the brim like I did before. We live and we learn better.

No champagne. I decided to go with wine instead. I think I might have to plan out my times of eating and drinking on the wild side. The only other day this month is Thanksgiving. In December, I have the office party on the 14th, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. So December will have 3 days. emoticon

I am so sore today. My calves... I can barely walk. It's very hard and painful to build lean muscle mass. Hopefully the workouts won't always kill me. I was fine yesterday but today I can feel it. emoticon My next weigh in is next Saturday. The goal is to weigh 137 and make my weight loss an even 40 lbs. That sounds so much better than 39.

    Having some soreness is good. It means you worked out your muscles.
There are many articles you can read about strength training on the website.

I think it is a good idea to plan the wild eating days. I wish I could do that, but I would first need to set up a habit of making/bringing lunch to work. Most of the time, it is lunch that has the most calories for me.

As you work out, your muscles should grow stronger and adapt to the workouts. It should get easier, but you also need to remember to rest your muscles.

    I know that pain well. It's a bittersweet pain, but generally only occurs once you start working out, or go harder than your use too. If it really bugs ya, and continues, I heard something called BCAA are good for muscle recovery. They are Branch Chain Animo Acids and help the muscle recovery from working out too hard.

    Working out causes pain. But I can see that it has benefits. Being strong and more shapely. I put on jeans today that I used to never be able to wear. Now they are too baggy. Then I noticed that I should be exercising my booty as it kind of needs a shape!

Weight lost number is just a number.

Good to plan your wild side walks in advance!

Always nice to have something to look forward to!

    Enjoy your quiet day alone! Sounds like that dvd is quite the workout, good job. Try some light stretching to ease your muscle pain. Or a nice relaxing hot bath!
