Hello. I started back into SparkPeople again yesterday November 16 and I'm hoping to be under 200 lbs by June of 2014, so I'm going to give it my all again and hopefully this time I will succeed. I'm tired of being fat and I'm tired of being bigger than I should be so I want to stick with it this time and to do that I want to eat healthy every day and exercise at least 30 minutes regularly 5 to 7 days a week.
I know I can do this. I've done it before. The kidney stones have been a good excuse but there's no room for that anymore. That is in the past and I need to start getting on with it. So let's go!
I plan to check in regularly with this blog and keep a record of my progress. Actually I've already lost 2 pounds since my weigh-in yesterday morning so if that's not enough to keep me going I don't know what would be.
