Sick today

Sunday, November 17, 2013

Well my son has had his 13th birthday so I officially have a teenager in my house. Yikes the next few years should get interesting. Good thing I have lived through this twice already so I know what to expect.

My son and I went to Buffalo, NY for his birthday. We went and picked up his birthday gift and I took him to dinner. On the way back to Canada we were tired from the driving and so we started singing to the CD player. By the time we got home, both of our throats were sore. We thought, oh well it is from all of the singing.
Well this is not quite what happend. It was not from the singing, it is because i have a very sore throat and have a nasty cold. I am feeling quite sick and also feel guilty.

I did no cardio on Friday or Sat. I did a lot of other things around the house. Today I am just not feeling well enough to do my regular cardio so I will modify and do seated cardio instead.

That will at least allow me to get back on track for tomorrow. I hope to feel better by the end of next week as I have my brothers Celebration of Life service next week.

I wish all of you a wonderful, happy positive, week, I also wish to take a moment to thank everyone for the wonderful comments on my blog of prayer for my son and I. Special thanks to my accountability Sister.

Blessings to All

Jan
