That's the only way to describe how I feel today. I only had 4 hours sleep last night and that was broken. For some reason I just could NOT go to sleep last night and ended by me getting up and not going back to bed until 2.30am. I've no idea why this should happen last night, apart from the fact that I am a very bad sleeper these days, there is nothing that I ate or drank that could have contributed to not sleeping and I also had some exercise yesterday. The only upside of this is, I hope, that I should sleep better tonight. Have you ever had one of those nights? The minutes and hours just seem to creep past with no signs of being able to sleep at all.
Anyway, the upshot of this is that I feel very tired and I also feel as though there is not one solid bone in my body but that they are all made of bendy material or jelly. So, I think I won't be exercising today at all. I feel if I tried to lift my weights for strength training I might just drop them or they would roll out of my jellified hand and I would end up as a heap of jelly on the floor.
(For our American cousins....I'm not talking about jelly being what we call jam in the UK but what we call jelly is usually a fruit flavoured gelatine moulded dessert. You probably call that something else.)
