Today's challenge is to start a new streak.

I'm going to see if I can maintain calories in vs out for a month.

Update I got in over 10 miles, 10 flights of stairs, calorie in vs out and 2,5 minutes of the plank & lower body workout at the gym. It's been a good day. I'm looking forward to bedtime!
