So I am one week away from the end of the Weight Loss Challenge I have been doing. I do not see myself reaching my goal of 10% weight loss, however as of this week I have lost half of my weight loss goal. This challenge has taught me many things about myself including my eating and exercise habits. I had a couple of weeks where I did not gain or loose weight due to the amount of food I was eating along with struggling with exercising every day. There was one week I gained weight due to eating more during Halloween week, which I learned I need to work harder on controlling my eating during holidays. Though I may not reach my weight loss goal I am still proud of myself for the changes I continue to make. I feel healthier already and have had many compliments from coworkers and others that they can tell by looking at me that I am slimming down.
