Last week, I GAINED .8 lbs despite staying on point with my WW diet plan the whole week. That's disappointing, but I know that's the way my body rolls sometimes. This morning's weigh-in shows a 2.6 lbs weight loss! I'm certain I didn't drop all that in one week. I haven't seen a number like that since the first few weeks of the program where my body releases pounds of water along with fat. The week I gained, I had probably gained some hormonal water weight, which masked my weight loss, then it showed up this week as I lost that water weight. It feels wonderful to SEE the loss on the scale!
