That was my mantra today on the treadmill. I did 22 mins on the elliptical, and have started to jog for about 8 minutes afterwards.
I started this a few days ago, and I just kept telling myself that I can do anything for 1 minute. That's only 60 seconds. I can jog at a 4.0 for 60 seconds. If all I have to do it for is 1 minute, I can do it. So I just kept repeating this to myself today. It worked pretty well, and I felt very proud.
I think this is a good motivator to keep me going while I work and build my stamina.
