I didn't get a workout done on Friday. I don't usually work on Fridays, but I went in extra to help and then had a hair appt in the afternoon. I got distracted by the computer and a couple chores and before I knew it, I had used up the whole morning and it was time to go. I thought I might get a workout in after I got home, but it was late afternoon and hubby and I had plans to meet his parents for early dinner.
That brings me to part 2 of my goals for Friday~I tracked everything except dinner. I had a salad of mixed greens which had pecans, craisins and a honey viniagrette dressing. Shared Chicken marsala with hubby (I had about 1/4 of it). All four of us shared a serving of mud pie for dessert (the equivalent of a few bites for me). It wasn't that I over-indulged, but I just never know how to enter those random meals into my tracker.

Today I got up early, but hubby and I spent the time drinking coffee and talking about plans for the holidays and things we needed to do for the day instead of a workout. I forgot my phone when we were out and about, so I didn't track anything, so I don't know calorie count for the day. I started with 2 eggs for breakfast. We went to Chipotle for lunch and shared a sofritas burrito. I did have a few (4) chips with probably a Tbs. of guacamole. I had some trail mix for a snack. No dinner because I wasn't hungry. The worst part about today was I didn't have any freggies. I did get my steps in, though!
