A huge part of staying on track is cooking/preparing your own meals.. that way you know what you are putting in your body, but for many of us healthy eating can get boring at times.
I love taking photos of my meals (above) to share with friends and family.. inspire others to try these healthy recipes as well as share theirs.
.. its Winter now so getting ready to put a crockpot to the test with homemade stews and soups… and yes.. maybe some winter grilling too!
Breakfast tomorrow is plain greek yogurt, pure (no sugar added) pumpkin puree and bananas!
