Well so far I have lost 16.5 pounds and I am very happy about that. Since I have been eating better and exercising I have more energy and just feel better in general. But I have one nagging thought that is always on my mind and that is how far I still have to go. My goal weight is 150 pounds which means I still have 89.5 pounds to go. This seems like such a daunting task. I hope I can have it in me to go the distance.
