I thought today was going to be a better day but it's not emoticon god what would I of done without my son today? He made me something to eat , got me my pills, got me drinks as I can't even stand long and he got me the set of crutches in the basement but I'm dangerous with them but I made it to the bathroom a few times with them without breaking my neck...
This morning it felt like it eased up a bit when I got out of bed to pee, but when I got up for the day well it seemed worse, came down the stairs on my butt as there is noway I could just walk down them.
I took a shower leaning up against the shower wall trying not to put much pressure on it, I do have to say it feels a bit better then when I woke up for good but I'm praying it will be much better tomorrow at least I'm praying for that......
One sparker came up with a great idea of soaking in epsom salt so I'm going to try that when hubby comes home.
I'm blessed with an understanding hubby and son THANK YOU GOD FOR THEM....

I'm so sorry you've been having so much foot pain. If soaking in Epsom salts doesn't help try resting your foot on a cold pack. I saw someone else mentioned plantar fasciitis and I've had that. If the pain goes away once you're up and walking a while but comes back with a ferocity once you sit down and then get up again that could be the case. There are simple stretching moves you can do to stretch the achilles and plantar tendons in your foot that will ease this pain. Stand about a foot away from a wall placing your hands on the wall ease your body towards the wall while keeping your feet flat on the floor. You may bend at the knees slightly but make sure your feet stay planted flat on the floor. You will feel the stretch in the achilles tendon if you're doing it correctly. There are other exercises you can do also but this is a good one to start out with. I have begun taking magnesium tablets daily as I noted I do not get enough from my food on a daily basis. This is so important for good muscle health. There is also the chance that this could be something else going on with your foot. Is there any swelling or redness/streaking? Is it warmer to the touch than your other foot? Is your foot a normal color? Any blue or blackening noted on your toes or toenail beds? Can you feel it when you touch your foot? Are you running a fever? If any of these answers aren't normal you need to go to the ER for evaluation. I hope you feel much better very soon! emoticon

emoticon Keep resting it. Ever try wrapping it in castor oil packs? Helps the body mend. Epsom salts a great choice too.
